With over 20 years of commercial asset and property management experience, Christine McGrath has an extensive track record in property operations.  Over the course of her career, Ms. McGrath has worked for some of the top commercial property management providers in the San Francisco Bay Area and managed a variety of Class "A" high-rise and mixed-use office/retail properties.  Ms. McGrath's solid work ethic and high ethical standards have enabled her to be associated with many successful commercial real estate professionals and projects.  Ms. McGrath has the ability to step in and manage your asset(s) when you are short-staffed.


Ms. McGrath earned her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute in 2000 and holds a California Real Estate Salesperson's License (DRE #01218679).  Ms. McGrath is active in BOMA and IREM and is in the process of obtaining LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
